Going way out of my comfort zone, I recorded my first podcast this week. An honest to goodness CIA legend - Jim Lawler - interviewed me about how my career experiences influence my concerns about the future of America.
I start by noting that I believe in America with all its imperfections. I believe that the World is a better place because of America despite all our unintentional mistakes.
I conclude with a warning: with determined adversaries overseas exploiting division at home, America is in the most perilous moment we’ve seen since the 1970’s.

This is just excellent. Thanks for letting us know about it. I certainly respect your knowledge and experience. If you can remain optimistic, that gives me hope. Your point of a decade to fix what has been broken in just the last year and a half makes me wonder how many years will be added to that to fix the next 2 1/2? Hope that cumulative effect is repairable. What a time!!!
